Foundations
All studios require a foundation. We offer either ground screws or a concrete pad, depending on ground conditions, proximity to trees and underground services.

A site survey will always be undertaken prior to final recommendation. This ensures you’re only paying for the most suitable solution for your site.

Electrics & Plumbing
We will liase with you or your chosen service trades to ensure provisions are made within the construction for power entry, sockets, lighting points and plumbing outlets. 

Final fix electrical and plumbing works are typically completed by your appointed tradespeople and are not included within our price.

Interiors

Interior finishes are intentionally flexible, allowing you to choose the look, feel, and level of finish that suits your space.

Our standard interiors package includes painted tongue and groove wall and ceiling cladding, skirting and oak laminate flooring. Contact us for different interior options.
