The finer details you should know about
Foundations
If you don't want to use ground screw foundations and would prefer a concrete pad for your garden studio this needs to be arranged and paid for by you. Please contact us if you would like recommendations.
Once you have a date for the base to be poured get in touch with us and we will book your studio build in.
Electrics
We will liase with you or your chosen electrician to ensure power enters the building at the required point with allowances made for any sockets or lighting points you require.
Final fix of electrics will be completed by your electrician and is not included in our price.
Interiors
If you want to elevate the OSB interior finish and make it your own we can do this as soon as the build is finished.
Our standard interiors kit includes painted tongue and groove wall and ceiling cladding, skirting and engineered wood flooring. Contact us for different interior options.
